Bollywood Khiladi Akshay Kumar has been training for his upcoming film ‘Holiday: A Soldier IS Never Off Duty’, starring Sonakshi Sinha and Govinda.
The actor recently shared a video on Twitter featuring the action behind the scenes of the film. Director A.R. Murugadoss has roped in British stuntman Greg Powell, who has worked on Hollywood films including the Harry Potter series and some James Bond films.
In the video, we get a glimpse of Akshay Kumar practicing hard during takes as he tries to perfect each and every shot. Known for doing his own stunts, Akshay even insisted on performing a thrilling jump from one building to another himself, even though he was advised to use a body double.
But, the actor is said to have done it perfectly and with ease.
This is Greg Powell’s first Bollywood experience and the stunt expert is all praise for Akshay saying that he is very dedicated to his work, fit and capable.
‘Holiday: A Soldier Is Never Off Duty’, is inspired from the hit Tamil movie, ‘Thuppakki’ starring Vijay and Kajal Agarwal in lead roles.
