There is a family in South Korea that loves cameras and photography so much that they build this amazing model of a vintage Rolleiflex camera right next to their family home located in a quiet field East of the capital city of Seoul. But what’s even more amazing is what they did with the inside of this huge model camera. They turned it into a coffee shop!
Named ‘Dreaming Camera‘, this very unique coffee shop serves up coffee, tea and churros to tourists while they’re surrounded by hundreds of vintage cameras on display around the cafe.
The two story model camera was build by the father of the family, a former air-force helicopter pilot with a passion for cameras.
The family poses outside their quaint little home and coffee shop.
They have a reason to be happy, the giant camera cafe was a dream of theirs for a very long time before they managed to turn that dream into a reality.
Imagine enjoying a cup of coffee in this surreal place.
The daughter sits in one of the cafe’s round windows with the family dog.
Even the sign welcoming visitors is adorable.
Tea and churros are some of their specialties.
Located in a farming field, the giant vintage camera doesn’t exactly fit in with the modest surroundings.
The place is filled with antique and vintage cameras, as well as all types of memorabilia.
If you ever find yourself in Yangpyeong County in South Korea and want to check out this amazing coffee shop, then they have a Facebook page that lists the opening hours as well as the exact location.
